Our hearts are full as we reflect on our Annual Fall Fundraiser, Hope Leads Home.

To everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, volunteered, prayed, or helped make this special day possible—THANK YOU!

It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating God’s faithfulness, hearing powerful stories of hope and transformation, and recognizing the incredible community that makes this ministry possible.

We are Hannah’s Hope Ministries, a transitional housing program for homeless women and their children. Our 12-month program provides a safe space where mothers can heal, learn, and grow—empowering them to build independent, stable futures. Through education and life skills training, we help these women gain the tools they need to create lasting change for themselves and their children.

Pamela joined Hannah’s Hope in April 2025 as part of the overnight staff team before transitioning into her current role as Career Mentor. In this capacity, she works closely with residents to provide one-on-one career coaching, helping them recognize their strengths and build the confidence necessary for independent living.

Her core responsibilities include:

- Developing individualized employment plans that align career goals with childcare and housing stability.
- Collaborating with program staff to offer workshops on workplace readiness, financial literacy, and leadership.
- Providing professional development support through interview preparation and resume support.
- Connecting residents with community resources and local employers to secure sustainable job opportunities.
- Fostering career resilience through ongoing mentorship and goal tracking.

Pam lives in Mohrsville and is the proud grandmother of four wonderful grandsons. She enjoys spending time with family, connecting with friends and her church community, and finding joy in nature, museums, spontaneous adventures, and travel. Above all, Pam strives to live each day with gratitude.
