Building ready and lethal formations starts with mastering the fundamentals. Throughout the first week of Annual Training TY26, Soldiers with Headquarters Headquarters Company trained on critical warrior tasks, including land navigation, individual weapons qualification, and tactical radio communications.

Training events like these ensure our Soldiers are prepared to operate in contested environments, maintain situational awareness, and communicate effectively across the battlefield.

Readiness is not a destination; it is a commitment. Through realistic, challenging training, our Soldiers continue to strengthen the capabilities that make our formation ready for whatever mission comes next.

CAMP CURTIS GUILD, Mass. - On May 30, the 151st Regional Support Group proudly conducted a Change of Responsibility ceremony, honoring the dedicated service and leadership of U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major James Perrault.

Throughout his tenure, Command Sgt. Maj. Perrault made a lasting impact on our Soldiers, their families, and mission readiness through his unwavering commitment, professionalism, and servant leadership. For Command Sgt. Maj. Perrault the ceremony marked the culmination of over 25 years of service within the 151 RSG. We thank him for his countless contributions to the Brigade and wish him well in his next assignment.

We also welcomed U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Clint Wilson as he assumes responsibility as the Brigade’s senior enlisted leader. Having already served the 151 RSG with distinction, Command Sgt. Maj. Wilson brings a wealth of experience, proven leadership, and a deep commitment to our Soldiers. We look forward to the continued success of the Brigade under his guidance and partnership with the command team.

Thank you to both Command Sergeants Major for their dedication to our Soldiers and the Army profession.

This weekend we proudly recognized the promotion of U.S. Army Sgt. Adam Harrison — a milestone that marks both achievement and increased responsibility.

Earning the rank of sergeant is more than a change in title; it signifies entry into the Noncommissioned Officer Corps, the backbone of the Army. NCOs are entrusted with leading soldiers, enforcing standards, and setting the example every day. This transition reflects not only demonstrated competence, but also the trust and confidence placed in this leader to mentor, develop and inspire others.

Service doesn’t stop when the uniform comes off.

Proud to recognize U.S. Army Capt. Dean Soucie, assistant brigade intelligence officer with Headquarters Headquarters Company, who demonstrated true selfless service this week while working in their civilian role as a patrolman with the Easton Police Department. When arriving on scene of a serious motor vehicle accident, Capt. Soucie acted without hesitation — providing immediate aid, removing the injured from harm, and helping ensure everyone involved received the care they needed.

Capt. Soucie’s actions reflect the very best of the Army Values: personal courage. Whether serving their community in uniform or in their civilian profession, Capt. Soucie embodies what it means to lead through action.

Thank you for your commitment to protecting others — on and off duty.

An Easton police officer and two bystanders who jumped into action are being hailed as hours after saving an elderly man from a fiery crash early Friday morning.

New Year, New Boss! In January we said farewell and thank you to U.S. Army Col. Jonas Patruno, who relinquished Command of the 151st Regional Support Group to U.S. Army Col. Tonia Costa. Thank you, Col. Patruno, for your exceptional leadership of the 151 RSG and good luck in your future assignments. For Col. Costa the move serves as a homecoming of sorts, having previously served as the 151 RSG Brigade Operations Officer and the Battalion Commander for the 226th Transportation Battalion. Col. Costa has served for over 30 years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, deploying twice to Iraq and responding to over 25 domestic emergency response missions. Welcome back, Ma’am!

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
