Penn State Berks Student Veteran Organization

Penn State Berks Student Veteran Organization Penn State Berks Student Veteran Organization We will be hosting events on campus and in the community to promote veteran awareness.

The Penn State Berks Student Veteran Organization was recently founded as a way for veterans attending the university to connect with and support each other. Veteran students from other colleges will also be attending some of these events. We would like to stress that this is a safe place for veterans and that we can help to answer any questions and address the needs of the students here at Berks.

This page will also serve to keep everyone up to date on upcoming causes and events. Soon, we will be offering tours to prospective veteran students and their families that will be led by a veteran student who is currently attending PSU Berks. Updates to this program will be posted with more information in the future. In addition to providing information, discussion topics will be posted addressing: current veterans issues, past military experiences, suggestions for future events, opinions on current events, etc. Please remember when posting in these discussions (or when commenting in general on the page) that other people will be able to see what is written. Please refrain from using excessive foul language, making any derogatory racist or gender related remarks, or posting anything of an obviously offensive nature. We have a proud image to uphold as U.S. military veterans and it is crucial that the image is not compromised. In order to sponsor events and gatherings, our group will have to rely on donations and local support. We hope to create mutually beneficial relationships with local businesses and work together to support one another. If you are interested in helping out in any way or have any other questions please contact:
