Officers with the Red Bluff Police Department arrested three men Wednesday on suspicion of arson after a section of City Park was set ablaze.

The Red Bluff Police Department would like to thank the WalMart employees and our colleagues at the Probation Department who helped us in the apprehension and arrest of Ms. Hency.

The Red Bluff Police Department is actively looking for 36 year old Erica Dawn Hency. Erica has an arrest warrant for causing the near death of a two year old.

Good article explaining the detriment of some changes that are trying to be implemented.

We agree that there is always room for improvement and refinement of best practices to prevent any loss of life. However, AB392 is the wrong answer.
