To clarify information circulating on social media regarding SB 1383: all Tehama County jurisdictions, including incorporated cities and unincorporated areas, currently have an SB 1383 rural exemption, until 2037. The Agency and the franchised hauler will provide outreach if and when there are any changes.

Attention, Tehama County Residents!

The Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency Office will be closed on Christmas Eve (December 24) and Christmas Day (December 25).

Additionally, the Tehama County/ Red Bluff Landfill will be closed on December 25.

For specific holiday service schedules/delays, please contact your waste hauler directly.

Please remember to recycle during the holidays and dispose of materials properly.
