TEHAMA COUNTY WOMEN | MARCH SPOTLIGHT
Victoria (Vici) Miranda

Some women build careers.
Some build businesses.
Some build communities.

Victoria “Vici” Miranda has done all three and done them exceptionally well ( a real bad A$$ if you will)

A licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2005, Vici has spent two decades navigating every kind of market cycle imaginable, from booming economies to difficult downturns, while continuing to lead with stability, knowledge, and professionalism. Since 2009 she has been with RE/MAX Top Properties, building a reputation for expertise across single-family homes, multi-family housing, commercial real estate, and land.

But her impact goes far beyond real estate.

Vici is also the Broker and owner of Tehama Property Management, the largest property management company in Red Bluff, overseeing approximately 1.25% of the entire housing inventory in Tehama County. That level of responsibility requires serious leadership, organization, and trust from the community.

And if that wasn’t enough…

She continues to pour her time and energy into improving the place she calls home.

Vici is a volunteer with Soroptimist International of Red Bluff and currently chairs The Big Splash Project, an incredible community effort that has already raised over $3 million through grants and fundraising to build a new Splash Park and revitalize Red Bluff City Park, scheduled to open in 2026.

She also serves our community as:

• City of Red Bluff Park Commissioner
• Chairperson of the Tehama County Planning Commission

Leadership like that requires vision, commitment, and a willingness to serve.

Beyond the titles and accomplishments, Vici’s strength also comes from her personal journey. As the mother of a young man with complex health needs, she has gained deep lessons in compassion, resilience, and patience, qualities that clearly show up in the way she serves both her clients and her community.

Born and raised in Red Bluff, Vici represents something powerful in Tehama County:
a woman who built her success here and continues to invest that success back into the community she loves.

And while the photo I’m sharing today might capture a lighter moment — make no mistake —

Victoria “Vici” Miranda is an absolute powerhouse in business and in community leadership.

Tehama County is fortunate to have women like Vici helping shape its future.

Thank you for everything you do for our community.

Women’s History Month Spotlight

Small communities don’t always get the luxury of world-class expertise living right in their backyard but Red Bluff does.

For today’s Women’s History Month spotlight, I’m honored to introduce Antoinette (Toni) McNulty, owner and architect of CMC Architecture here in Red Bluff.

Toni is a Red Bluff High School graduate who continued her education at Shasta College, CSU Chico, and Arizona State University, where she earned her Master of Architecture before returning home to serve the very community that raised her.

As the architect behind CMC Architecture, Toni provides both residential and commercial design services throughout our region. Her projects range from custom homes and remodels to office buildings, civic spaces, non-profit facilities, and churches.

Her work reflects the creativity and technical expertise required in a rural community. In addition to traditional wood-frame construction, her portfolio includes airplane hangars, steel structures, concrete block buildings, barndominiums, and even a Silo House.

I’ve personally had the opportunity to see some of Toni’s work through projects connected to my husband’s jobs, and it’s always impressive to see the level of thought and craftsmanship that goes into what she designs.

Beyond private projects, Toni has also contributed to the broader community. She worked with the county to help develop designs for pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) an effort intended to help make additional housing more accessible for local property owners.

For the past six years, she has quietly helped shape the spaces where people in our community live, work, worship, and serve others.

When asked what advice she would give to entrepreneurs, Toni shared something every builder of a business should remember:

Find a great mentor. It may be different mentors during different seasons of your career. You will never know everything on your own, but being open to learning from someone who has done what you are doing or something similar will greatly enhance your knowledge.

Red Bluff is fortunate to have someone of Toni’s caliber investing her expertise right here at home.

This is the kind of home buyers regret skipping.
(sharing for a friend)

If you’ve been searching for a home that feels peaceful, comfortable, and easy to live in, this one checks a lot of boxes.

21999 Riverside Ave | Red Bluff
$355,000 | 3 bed | 2 bath | 1,656 sq ft

The kitchen is a standout spacious, updated, and full of storage with an island that’s perfect for meal prep and gathering. There’s also a large bonus/family room that can be arranged a dozen different ways depending on your life: movie nights, kids’ space, home office, hobby room, you name it.

Outside, the yard is fully fenced and includes a mature apricot tree. It also has RV parking and an attached 2-car garage.

And one of the best parts: the neighborhood is quiet, with many long-term residents, and the home is on a community well with wonderful water.

Move in ready. Space to grow. A layout that actually works.

If you want a private showing or more details, I can connect you with one of the strongest Realtors in Tehama County. Message me and I’ll make the introduction.

Serious buyers, don’t wait on this one.
