Mayor Karen Smythe was the guest of honor and keynote speaker at the recent breakfast meeting of the Red Hook Rotary Club at the Flatiron restaurant.

Mayor Smythe spoke about the progress the Village is making on several matters, including Village finances and the sewer system.
