Rotary Club of Red Lion - Dallastown Area Rotary is committed to improving lives locally and globally, through service.

We meet weekly on Thursdays.
1st Thursday -- we rotate and go on field trips!
2nd -- we rotate for our 5:00 pm-6:30 pm Happy Hour

Did you know we recognize two students from Red Lion Area School District and Dallastown Area School District at 5 different meetings throughout the school year?

Our application is open now for current 11th graders at both schools. The deadline is this Friday Sept 4th.

Student of the Months are chosen based on their service within their communities inside and outside of school. While academics are reviewed, they are not the determining factor of being recognized as a Student of the Month.

Barbie gave this presentation to our club earlier this year, and Kristine spoke on the road sponsorship and trash cleanups our club does twice a year.

On Thursday, August 6th, we traveled to Security Fence Company for our monthly field trip. Dave showed us around the grounds and talked about the products they offer as well as some history on the property and the business. Then we were hosted for lunch upstairs where Holly shared some more history about how her family started the business and the environment they try to cultivate for their employees.
Thank you Dave and Holly for your hospitality today and giving us a better insight on whose Security Fence is and what they strive to be within the community.

On Thursday July 16 we welcomed Ericka from Bloom York County Economic Alliance. She shared what BLOOM is, and how they have helped small businesses with loans and grants.

They have provided over $2.5M in loans to over 30 businesses!

Thank you for what you and your organization do within our communities to help businesses, especially women and minority owned businesses!

As our 25-26 year comes to an end on June 30, please enjoy our year in review.
Our club was busy working together for the betterment of our community, working with our Interact clubs and building relationships/partnerships with our fellow club members.

On Saturday members of our club helped cleanup trash along Route 624/Craley Rd.
In the spring and fall we clean up trash on one side of the route.
They collected approximately 12 bags of garbage and various large items.
