The Red Lodge Carnegie Library will be closed this Saturday, May 23 in observance of the Memorial Day weekend.

This weekend we remember and honor those who served and gave their lives for our freedom and wish everyone a safe and happy long weekend!

The Library’s regular hours are:
Tuesdays through Fridays 10 AM to 5 PM
Saturdays 10 AM to 4 PM.
We are always closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The monthly puzzle exchange at the library is coming up next week from Wednesday, May 27-Saturday, May 30.

Find a puzzle, bring a puzzle, or trade! We accept puzzles of all levels, but please make sure ALL pieces are included.

Due to limited storage space, we cannot accept large numbers of puzzle donations at one time.

This is the Healthy Relationship training you have all been asking for!

For those of us who didn't get the education on boundaries and how to say no that our young adults did from Power Up, Speak Out! This one is for you.

Join us Thursday, May 21, from 6 to 7 pm downstairs, at the Red Lodge Carnegie Library for an interactive workshop focused on building stronger, healthier relationships.

This space invites reflection, conversation, and real connection as you explore what you deserve and how to create meaningful relationships in your life. Through affirmations, guided discussion, and self-reflection, you will leave with tools you can actually use.

Come on your own, bring a partner, or make it a thoughtful date night. Everyone is welcome.

While Storytime is taking a break during the month of May, we invite your family to come in to the library to get books, use the children's area, and get a fun craft to do at home. This week, we have a bookworm bookmark so you always know where to start reading again. Hope to see you at the library!

There's still space!

If you are having (or have had) issues with voles in your yard, this is a gardening class for you.

Come to this free class on Wednesday, May 13, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. downstairs at the library. This All the Dirt class, co-sponsored by the library and the All Nations Garden Club, will feature Stephen Vantassel, Vertebrate Specialist from the Montana Department of Agriculture. Stephen has a lot of knowledge and will have great tips!

Our take and make craft for this week is a cupcake card that you can create to brighten someone's spring day or share with a mom in your life for Mother's Day.
