Tuesday, August 25-traffic patterns are changing on the Hwy 48 bridge. Travelers will now be driving on the West side of the highway, with construction on the East. West side entrances will be right only, and East side entrances will be closed.

Please drive with caution and pay attention to keep the construction workers and pedestrians safe.

**REMINDER** Senior Last First Day Mini Parade will take place starting around 7:30am this morning 8/24/26.

🎓 Class of 2027: Last First Day Senior Parade!

To celebrate the Class of 2027 and their “Last First Day of School,” the Red Oak Police Department will es**rt our seniors in a special mini-parade on Monday, August 24!

📍 Seniors: Meet at 7:30 a.m. in the old No Frills parking lot at Third and Oak Streets.

🚓 Parade Route: The procession will travel south on Third Street, circle Fountain Square, head north on Fourth Street, and turn onto the Red Oak Jr.-Sr. High School drive. From there, it will continue east around the school and conclude in the north parking lot.

📣 Red Oak community, help us celebrate! Line the parade route, cheer on our seniors, and help make the beginning of their final year at Red Oak one they’ll always remember.

❤️💙 Come out and give the Class of 2027 a great send-off into their senior year!
