RED SPRINGS, NC (August 30, 2026) – On August 30, 2026, officers with the Red Springs Police Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on East 4th Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Precious Sanderson. As a result of the investigation, Sanderson was arrested and transported before the Robeson County Magistrate, where she was charged with:

*M) Driving While Impaired

Sanderson was placed into the custody of the Robeson County Detention Center and received no bond due to pretrial release conditions.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 28, 2026) – On August 28, 2026, officers with the Red Springs Police Department conducted a traffic stop and made contact with Maribel Flores.

During the stop, officers determined that Flores had an unserved Order for Arrest out of Hoke County for

(M) Failure to Appear related to a School Attendance Law Violation.

Flores was taken into custody and transported to the Robeson County Magistrate’s Office, where she received a $200 secured bond.

The Red Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured in connection with a larceny investigation.

On August 24, 2026, at approximately 7:45 PM, the individual entered Tienda Mexicana El Paso Store & Restaurant, located at 520 Shannon Road, and is suspected of stealing a 24-pack of Corona Minis.

If you recognize this individual or have any information that may assist investigators in identifying him, please contact the Red Springs Police Department at (910) 843-3454.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 24, 2026) – On August 24, 2026, officers with the Red Springs Police Department responded to the 400 block of Marlboro Avenue in reference to an assault in progress.

Following a brief investigation, officers determined that Suzetta L. Scott had multiple outstanding charges, including:

(M) Domestic Violence Protective Order (DVPO) Violations
(M) Failure to Appear
(M) Simple Assault

Scott was taken into custody without incident and transported before a Robeson County Magistrate. Scott was ordered to be held without bond.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 22, 2026) – On August 22, 2026, officers with the Red Springs Police Department responded to a 911 call for service. As a result of the investigation, Jeffrey Bullock was taken into custody without incident.

Bullock was transported to the Robeson County Detention Center and taken before a Robeson County Magistrate. Bullock was ordered to be held without bond.

The Red Springs Police Department remains committed to ensuring public safety and responding promptly to calls for service within the community.

As with all criminal matters, the charges against Bullock are allegations, and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 23, 2026) – On August 23, 2026, officers with the Red Springs Police Department responded to a business located on East 4th Avenue in reference to a reported disturbance involving a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Malachi Locklear, who was taken into custody without incident.

Locklear was transported to the Robeson County Detention Center and taken before a Robeson County Magistrate. Locklear was issued no bond.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 20, 2026) - During a routine traffic stop, Red Springs Police Department Officers made contact with Perry Locklear. Officers discovered that Locklear had an unserved warrant for arrest for Cruelty to Animals.

Locklear was placed under arrest and transported to the Robeson County Magistrate's Office, where he was served with the outstanding warrant for the following charge:

(M) Cruelty to Animals

Locklear was released under a $3,000.00 unsecured bond.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 19, 2026) - Red Springs Police Department responded to Maxway in reference to Bennie Lewis Henderson Jr. trespassing on the property. Henderson Jr. was located a short time later and was placed under arrest following a short foot chase.

Henderson Jr. was transported to the Robeson County Magistrate's Office and charged with the following:

* (M) 2nd Degree Trespassing (2 counts)
* (M) Larceny

Henderson Jr. was placed into the custody of the Robeson County Detention Center and received no bond due to being on pretrial release.

RED SPRINGS, NC (August 19, 2026) - Red Springs Police Department conducted an investigation after receiving a report from a victim. As a result of the investigation, warrants were obtained for Aladdin Brown, 32. Brown was arrested on August 6, 2026, in Union County with the following charges:

* (F) Disclosure of Private Images x 4
* (F) Sexual Extortion by Adult
* (F) Intimidating a Witness
