s more than just an election every four years and hope for the best. People will stop contacting City Council if they feel the contact is in vain. I will work to achieve the demands of the people I represent while maintaining the laws of our U.S. and State Constitution and City Charter. My decisions will be conservative in nature with the well being of all in mind. A compromise should not provide favor to one; people should leave satisfied, not happy. If anyone walks away happy, then it wasn't an actual compromise. I am open to hearing what every person has to say. Fair compromise is my driving focus. I have established a direct personal phone line strictly for City Council business. The people I’ve talked to thus far want me to lower their cost of living in Red Wing, create a more business-friendly environment, streamline city government, and have accountable spending while maintaining environmentally sound decision-making.
