Goodhue County COVID Protocol means that Goodhue County services are typically provided by electronic means, by mail, and by drop-off locations. Information, forms, and handouts are available on the County Website. County buildings (with few exceptions) are closed to the general public although appointments may be taken for some essential services.

Goodhue County has declared a State of Emergency. The County Government Center closes to the Public at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday 18 March 2020 through at least Friday 3 April 2020. Land Use Management employees will continue to serve the public. Please use electronic means of communication when possible. Also, we can accept items by mail. Building and Zoning forms and applications are available on the County Website and typically can be submitted electronically or by mail. A drop box is available at the lower level, handicap, Fifth Street entrance. Please call 651.385.3000 with questions, for assistance, or for special pick-up or delivery instructions.
