We made a special—and delicious—delivery to the Red Wing Post Office yesterday! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the 2026 Stamp Out Hunger Postal Carrier Food Drive collected an amazing 2,936 pounds of food plus $50 in donations in just one day. Thank you for making this annual event such a huge success! ❤️

Today’s the day! 🌅📬 Letter carriers across the country are heading out on their routes with one extra mission: collecting your donations for the Food Drive.

If you haven’t already, there’s still time to help! Just leave a bag of nonperishable food by your mailbox before your carrier arrives. Every can, every box, every bag helps stock local food pantries and put meals on the table for families facing hunger.

For more than 30 years, NALC members have proudly led this effort while continuing to serve their communities on their regular routes. Today, we’re grateful for every carrier stepping up and every neighbor lending a hand. Let’s make a difference together!

Once a year, USPS letter carriers help organize the largest single-day food drive in the U.S. 💌 This Saturday, May 9, you can participate in the Stamp Out Hunger ™ food drive hosted by the National Association of Letter Carriers. Simply leave a bag of non-perishable food next to your mailbox, and your mail carrier will handle the rest 🥫

We don’t even know where to begin thanking Treasure Island Resort & Casino for including us in their Week of Impact! Last Thursday, we had the chance to share how their March Charity of the Month donations are helping make our refrigerated van dreams come true — and to highlight the work we do every single day.

Their incredible team assembled over 7,500 Matter Hope Kits, and we were grateful to receive more than 400 kits for our neighbors in need. The time, care, and heart that went into each one truly shows.
