What a beautiful and powerful evening at our Love Dare Commitment Ceremony. Watching each couple stand before one another and read their heartfelt commitment letters was a reminder that healing, restoration, forgiveness, and real love are all possible when people are willing to grow together with intention and dedication. There was not a dry eye in the room as these couples shared their promises, their victories, and their commitment to walking through this 40-day journey side by side.

We are incredibly blessed to witness the growth taking place through this program and to walk alongside these amazing couples as they strengthen their relationships, communication, trust, and love for one another. The courage it takes to choose each other every single day is something worth celebrating.

A huge congratulations to Anthony & Riki, Sam & Chris, and Angela & Ford on graduating from this Love Dare session. We are so proud of each of you for committing to this journey and putting in the hard work to build stronger, healthier, and more loving relationships. Your dedication inspires all of us.

Love is not just a feeling — it is a choice, a commitment, and a daily act of courage.

There’s something powerful that happens when people in recovery give themselves permission to experience joy again. Healing isn’t just about doing the hard work—it’s also about rediscovering laughter, connection, and those simple, beautiful moments with family and friends that remind us life can be good.

Our recent tea party was one of those moments. It was filled with smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of fun—proof that recovery doesn’t mean the end of joy, it’s actually where joy begins again. And of course, we kept the tradition alive with our famous rubber duck hunt…because nothing brings out excitement quite like a room full of determined duck hunters!

We’re so proud to celebrate not just the journey of recovery, but the moments of happiness along the way. Congratulations to our rubber duck hunt winners—you earned those bragging rights!

At New Life Discovery Project, we have the incredible privilege of walking alongside some of the most resilient, courageous individuals you will ever meet. This month, as we celebrate our April Client Awards, we are reminded just how powerful transformation truly is.

Each of these amazing clients has been on a journey—one that hasn’t been easy, but one they chose to fight for anyway. Through hard work, determination, and a commitment to building a better life, they have taken real steps forward not just for themselves, but for their families and their future.

There’s something powerful about couples who choose to fight for their relationship instead of walking away. ❤️

This week, we had the honor of celebrating the couples in our Love Dare class—men and women who have committed to 40 days of intentional growth, healing, and unconditional love. We paused the journey for a moment to gather around a candlelit dinner, to reflect, to connect, and to celebrate the beautiful and unique love stories God is still writing in each of their lives.

It was more than just a dinner—it was a reminder that love is worth the effort, and transformation is possible.

Watching each couple grow, lean in, and do the hard work of loving well has been incredibly powerful—and we couldn’t be more proud of the commitment they are making to become the best they can be for one another.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to honor two people whose hearts for service shine through in everything they do. 💙

Arcora and Christianson, our New Life Community Center Volunteer of the Year recipients, embody what it truly means to serve with humility, consistency, and love. Their impact is felt in countless ways—often quietly and behind the scenes—setting up and breaking down for special events, cleaning and reorganizing rooms, moving furniture to meet the needs of different classes and gatherings, and making sure every space is ready to welcome others.

They faithfully serve meals at events, offer a steady and trustworthy presence at the front desk, and step in wherever help is needed. Through these acts of reliability and care, they bring order, stability, and encouragement, helping create an environment where both clients and staff feel supported, valued, and safe enough to grow.

One of the greatest honors we have each month is getting to pause, look around, and celebrate the lives that are being rebuilt right in front of us. 💙

Our Monthly All Client Awards give us the incredible opportunity to recognize men and women who are showing up, doing the hard work, and choosing growth, healing, and responsibility—often in ways no one else sees. It is a privilege to witness these journeys and to be part of a community that believes in second chances and new beginnings.

Yesterday was one of those moments that reminds us why we do what we do. 💙

Our Intensive Outpatient Recovery Program graduation was powerful, emotional, and filled with hope. We heard beautiful stories of transformation, shared some much-needed laughter through a funny (and very real) reminder about awareness and taking responsibility, and were deeply moved by a heartfelt poem from one of our graduates.

We are incredibly proud of each and every person who took this brave step forward. Congratulations to Kim, Joey, Nick, and Amy — your courage, honesty, and perseverance inspire us more than you know. Your stories matter. Your lives matter. And this is only the beginning.
