Redding Peace Officers' Association The Redding Peace Officers' Association represents employees of the Redding Police Department.

The RPOA is a non-profit organization that bargains and maintains the health and welfare, addresses work related problems, and handles morale issues of its membership. Our membership consists of both sworn police officers and non-sworn officers. The membership includes Police Corporals, Police Investigators, Police Officers, Community Service Officers, Property Evidence Technicians and Crime Scene Technicians.
