🏡 Transitional Housing Case Manager
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree Required

As a Transitional Housing Case Manager, you’ll work alongside youth as they develop the life skills, confidence, and support they need to transition into adulthood. Every day is an opportunity to empower, encourage, and inspire the next generation.

Qualifications include:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in an approved field such as:
• Social Work/Social Welfare
• Marriage, Family & Child Counseling
• Child Psychology
• Child Development
• Counseling Psychology
• Social Psychology

We’re looking for someone who is:
💙 A team player with a great sense of humor
💙 Self-motivated and eager to learn
💙 Able to work independently while collaborating with others
💙 Dedicated, compassionate, and driven to do what’s right

💲 Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour

Youth & Family Programs is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance/Grounds Technician to help maintain our facilities and create safe, welcoming environments for the children, families, and staff we serve.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Perform routine building and grounds maintenance
🔹 Complete interior and exterior repairs
🔹 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and emergencies
🔹 Track and schedule ongoing maintenance needs
🔹 Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects on track

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Hardworking and self-motivated
✔️ Reliable with a strong work ethic
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Experience with general maintenance is a plus

💲 Up to $26.00 per hour
🕒 Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
✅ Benefits Eligible

Every child deserves to walk into a new school year feeling confident, prepared, and excited to learn. For many of the foster children we serve, basic school supplies can be one less worry with the support of our incredible community.

Youth and Family Programs is hosting a School Supply Drive, and we’re inviting you to help make a difference!

🗓 July 13th – July 17th
🕘 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re collecting new school supplies such as:

No donation is too small. Every notebook, backpack, and box of crayons helps provide a child in foster care with the tools they need to succeed.
