Please carefully read and follow the instructions below to register for Living Hope’s Dignity for Christmas event.



Event Date: December 12

Location: 3391 West St., Redding, CA

By Appointment Only



How to Register:



Registration Opens:
Wednesday, November 5th at 8:00 AM.
Emails received before this time will not be accepted.
How to Sign Up:
Email [email protected] with the following required information:
Your full name
The name and age of each child you’re shopping for
A working phone number
Incomplete emails will not be accepted.
Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time by November 26th.
Appointment Day:
All appointments will take place on December 12, starting at 8:00 AM and continuing until all scheduled appointments are completed.


Important Reminders:



This is not a free event. Items are deeply discounted but not free.
Please communicate this to any partners or family members who may be shopping on your behalf.
Spots are limited.
We strongly encourage early registration.
Last year, over 100 people signed up within 15 minutes—and we filled all available slots by 8:15 AM.

Dignity for Christmas
Registration Information

Living Hope’s Dignity for Christmas event will be held December 12th at 3391 West St. in Redding. This event will be held by appointment only.



1. Sign ups begin November 4th at 8am.



2. Requests are to be made via email at [email protected]

No requests made before 8am will be accepted.



3. In your email, you MUST: include your name, the name and age of each child, and a phone number. Applications will not be accepted without this information.



4. You will be notified by the end of the day on November 22nd about your appointment time for December 12th.



5. Appointments will go from 10 am until finished.



6. Please remember, this is not a free event. Please tell your significant others if they are shopping for you ahead of time.



7. This event is limited. Please sign up early to guarantee a spot.

Update:
Living Hope will not be doing our back to school event this year. There are several large organizations that have adopted the same system we have been doing. We do not like to duplicate services that are already happening in our community. Our goal is to be good stewards of the gifts provided by our donors. Duplicating services is not the best use of those resources. Our goal is, and always has been, to provide needed services to the disenfranchised in our community in a responsible fashion. Stay tuned as we are exploring how to fill gaps in services to those experiencing financial difficulties in Shasta County.

Super exciting! Local Redding band Walkabout Blues is playing at the final stop of Hot Cars and Handlebars 2024! Even if you don’t do the poker run, you can come to the lunch and concert! Good times for a good cause!

Living Hope's Dignity for Christmas event is in a few weeks and we could use your help with some gifts. We had to end enrollment early this year as their were more kids than ever signed up. Taking my kids shopping for this event, and explaining to them why were doing it to help less fortunate children has given them a glimpse into philanthropy. To make it easy, there are several gifts under $10 on Amazon. I have an address you can ship them to. Or, take your kid, grandkid, and make a moment of this and show them what responsible charity looks like by buying a gift for a family in need.
