This week, we joined ranchers, researchers, conservation leaders, law enforcement, and state and federal officials for the Sierra Valley Wolf, Wildlife, and Landscape Management Tour. 🐺
We discussed the growing challenges of wolf depredation, deer population declines, wildfire resilience, habitat restoration, and the future of working landscapes in rural California. The key takeaway was that successful wildlife management must balance conservation goals with the needs of ranching families and local communities!
