Rowell Family Empowerment of Northern California, Inc. Our mission is to empower people with diverse abilities and their families.

Thanks to our many grants and contracts we are able to offer services to children with diverse abilities, and their families throughout Northern California. The funding we receive allows us to offer a variety of services, depending on the county you live in. If you are the parent of a child with a disability, or special health need, there is no charge for our services.

🍎☀️ Summer Food Program is back at the Shasta Family YMCA!

From June 8–August 7, all youth ages 0–18 can enjoy FREE healthy meals right here at the Y—no membership required.

🥣 Breakfast: 9:30–10:30 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 12:30–1:30 PM

Northern California high school students are invited to join the Northern California Leadership Summit, an immersive leadership experience hosted by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute. Through hands-on simulations, discussions, and team-building experiences, students will develop leadership skills, explore American values, and walk in the footsteps of President Ronald Reagan.
