💙 September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💙

You may notice 988 ribbons on our patrol vehicles throughout the month. They serve as a simple reminder of something incredibly important:

You are never alone.

Life can become overwhelming, and sometimes the people hurting the most are the ones who hide it best. If you’re struggling, please reach out. If you know someone who may be struggling, check on them. A simple conversation could mean more than you realize.

📞 Call or text 988.

When you see that ribbon on one of our vehicles, let it remind you: You matter. Your life matters. And there is always someone willing to listen. 💙

You are never alone.

Our thoughts and prayers are with our friends and neighboring county as they mourn the loss of one of their own. We stand with their correctional staff, law enforcement family, and loved ones during this difficult time.

Please keep Faulk County and the family, friends, and coworkers of their fallen colleague in your thoughts and prayers. 🖤💙

It is with great sadness we share the news of Correctional Officer David Harrell’s passing. He passed in a non line of duty medical incident. He served the Faulk County Jail since June 21st, 2023. He was also an Army Veteran. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

The sign is new. The law isn’t. Slow down!

We thought it would be fun to put together some Back-to-Work Boards featuring our deputies and dispatchers with a few questions they answered about themselves! 😉

No homework. No pop quiz. Just a little fun before we continue business!
