East King County Homeownership Expo – May 16

Thinking about buying a home but not sure where to start? The East King County Homeownership Expo is here to help.

Join us on Saturday, May 16 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at The Together Center in Redmond (16305 NE 87th St) for this free, community-focused event.

Attendees can learn about affordable homeownership programs, explore down payment assistance options, and get their questions answered in real time. A presentation by ARCH and the Washington Homeownership Resource Center will take place at 12:00 PM.

Hosted by ARCH and the Washington Homeownership Resource Center, and in partnership with local organizations, this event is designed to support individuals and families on their path to homeownership.

Free and open to all. Light refreshments provided.

Learn how to share feedback at our upcoming information sessions! Register now to learn about the recommended updates to Bellevue’s Affordable Housing Strategy. The draft 2026-2032 strategy, developed over more than a year with input from over 650 residents and 60 organizations, will replace the city’s first iteration that was adopted in 2017.

The city's Office of Housing will host an in-person session on Thursday, Feb. 26, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at City Hall and a virtual information session on Monday, March 2, 6-7:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Visit EngagingBellevue.com to view the draft Affordable Housing Strategy. The draft contains 24 high-level strategies across five goal areas: Affordable Housing, Housing Equity, Housing Stability, Housing for Unique Needs, and Supply and Diversity. These strategies identify more than 80 actions to advance the city’s housing goals and implement policy guidance from the Bellevue 2044 Comprehensive. Of these, 20 have been prioritized for implementation.
