विदेशी नियोगहरुमा भिसा आवेदन गर्ने नेपालीहरुलाई अनुरोध

1. सत्यपूर्ण तथा आधिकारिक कागजातको मात्र प्रयोग:

कुनै पनि देशको भिसाको लागि आवेदन दिँदा आवेदन प्रक्रियामा सधैं आधिकारिक कागजात एवं सत्यपूर्ण सूचना उपलब्ध गराउनु अनिवार्य हुन्छ।
उपलब्ध सूचना तथा कागजातहरु गलत एवं भ्रमपूर्ण रहेको पुष्टि भएमा भिसा अस्वीकृत हुने मात्र नभई आवेदकलाई भविष्यमा समेत उक्त देशमा भ्रमण निषेध हुन सक्दछ।
यसका अतिरिक्त नेपालको कानूनले यस प्रकारको कार्यलाई फौजदारी कसूरको रुपमा लिएको हुँदा थप छानविन तथा अनुसन्धान भई कानूनी कारवाही समेत हुन सक्छ। अत: बिचौलिया तथा परामर्शदाताको प्रभावमा नपरी रीत पुर्‍याई प्राप्त आधिकारिक कागजातहरु मात्र सम्बन्धित निकायहरुमा पेश गर्नुहुन अनुरोध छ।
2. भिसा परामर्शदातासँग सेवा प्राप्त गर्दा अपनाउनु पर्ने सजगता:

भिसा आवेदनको प्रक्रिया एवं आवश्यक कागजातहरुसँग सम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण सूचनाहरु सम्बन्धित दूतावास एवं कन्सुलेटको वेभसाइटमा उपलब्ध हुन्छन्।अत: भिसा परामर्शदाताको सहायताबिना तपाई स्वयंले पनि भिसा आवेदन गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ।
भिसा परामर्शदाताको सेवा प्रयोग गरी भिसा आवेदन गर्दा समेत पेश भएका कागजात तथा सूचनाको आधिकारिकता तथा सत्यताको पुष्टि गर्ने अन्तिम जिम्मेवारी आवेदक स्वयंको हुन्छ।
पेश भएका कागजातहरु गलत एवं भ्रमपूर्ण भएको पाइएमा भिसा रद्द हुने, भविष्यमा भ्रमणमा प्रतिबन्ध हुने एवं कानूनी सजाय समेतको भागीदार हुनुपर्ने हुँदा भिसा परामर्शदाताबाट सेवा लिँदा ध्यान दिनुहोला।
3. गन्तव्य मुलुकको कानून तथा भिसा नीतिको सम्मान एवं पालना:

कुनै पनि देशले जारी गर्ने भिसा एक सहुलियत मात्र हो। भिसा मात्रको प्राप्तिले गन्तव्य मुलुकमा प्रवेशको सुनिश्चित गर्दैन। गन्तव्य मुलुकको कानून तथा भिसा नीतिको पालना उत्तिकै अनिवार्य हुन्छ। जस्तै : तोकिएको भिसा अवधिसम्म मात्र बस्ने, काम गर्न मिल्ने प्रकृतिको भिसा हो भने तोकिएको समयसम्म कार्य गर्ने इत्यादि।
भिसा नीतिको पालना नगर्दा यसका विभिन्न दुष्परिणामहरु वहन गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।गन्तव्य मुलुकबाट गरिने बलजफ्ती बहिर्गमन, आगामी दिनमा प्रवेश निषेध जस्ता दुष्परिणामहरु भिसा आवेदकले बेहोर्नुपर्ने हुनसक्छ। त्यसैगरी, यस प्रकारको गतिविधिले नेपालको समग्र सन्दर्भमा प्रभाव पर्ने गरी गन्तव्य मुलुकले भिसामा कडाई, अनेकन शर्त एवं प्रतिबन्धहरु लागु गर्न सक्दछ।यसले अन्तत: मुलुकको प्रतिष्ठामा गम्भीर असर गर्दछ।
भिसा आवेदकको भूल एवं लापरवाहीको नकारात्मक परिणाम आवेदक स्वयंले मात्र नभई आम नेपाली नागरिकले वहन गर्नुपर्ने हुँदा सदैव माथि उल्लेखित विषयहरुको पूर्ण परिपालना गर्नुहोला।
