Effective May 15, 2026, the City of Redwater will no longer accept payments through doxo.

To avoid any delays, late fees, or interruptions in service, please begin using one of our approved payment methods:

💻 Online customer portal: www.redwatertexas.com or www.fastgovpay.com
🏦 Bank Draft (ACH): complete a form in person with a voided check or email us the completed form (found on our website) with a picture of a voided check
💳 Debit/Credit Card: in person, over the phone, or on the above websites (there is a 3% fee charged by the processing company)
📭 Mail-in Check: FREE, but our postal system may cause extra delay in delivery (We check the mail daily.)
🤝 In-Person: we accept card payments (3% fee), cash (we do not have change but can apply over-payment as a credit), check (FREE)
🗳 Drop Box: we have a drop box located on the East side of the building just before the drive-thru window. We even have envelopes! Drop your cash or check payment in the box;

If you currently have recurring payments set up through doxo, please cancel them directly with doxo and update your payment method with us before the effective date.

Thank you to Mayor Parker for arranging to have cases of water delivered for our citizens! Our public works made a trip to New Boston this morning. We now have a limited number of bottled water cases available at City Hall. Stop by for a friendly conversation and get a case :)
