Redwood City International

Redwood City International Redwood City International (RCI) is a member of Sister Cities International, an international, nonprofit organization promoting sister-city relationships.

RCI’s mission is to promote international understanding through people-to-people diplomacy and advance cultural awareness in Redwood City. Our current sister cities are Zhuhai, Guangdong, China, Colima, Colima, Mexico and Aguililla, Michiocan, Mexico. RCI activities include: hosting sister-city delegations, interns and other visitors; visiting sister-cities as ambassadors from Redwood City; and es

tablishing cultural or educational exchanges of mutual interest. Local activities include: organizing and partnering to put on cultural festivals, educational forums and fundraising to support these efforts. Cultural festivals include: the Lunar New Year Festival, the Gran Kermes Festival, Immigrants Day Festival, Fiestas Patrias and Latino Film Festival.
