Too old to Trick or Treat, but still like to dress up and have fun? Then sign up to help with the City's annual RED RIBBON RALLY/HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL. This year it will be held at the Reedley Armory on Friday, October 28th from 6 - 8 pm.
