What a great first week of summer school at Reeds Spring Elementary!

Our students have enjoyed fun, hands-on learning activities, delicious breakfasts and lunches, and a special visit from guest speaker Will Stuck, thanks to the Stone County Library.

Congratulations to our perfect attendance winners! 🎉
This year we had 8 students with perfect attendance, what an incredible accomplishement! To celebrate, they received passes to the Rec Plex Aqua Park, 2 hour wristbands for The Track Family Fun Parks, tickets for Ride the Duck in Branson, and a few more fun surprises!

Our elementary students worked so hard during MAP testing, and we loved celebrating their effort by recognizing some awesome prize winners! 🎉

A huge thank you to our generous community partners for helping make this extra special for our students: Springfield Cardinals, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, St. Louis Cardinals, Titanic Museum Attraction, WonderWorks Branson, The Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, and Hollywood Wax Museum.

Their donations helped reward our students for their focus, perseverance, and hard work throughout testing!

🎉 We wrapped up the final day of Teacher Appreciation Week feeling incredibly thankful for our amazing teachers and staff!

Today, our wonderful Reeds Spring PTO sponsored Sonic drinks to help everyone finish the week strong, and staff also enjoyed a popcorn bar loaded with fun toppings and goodies! 🍿

We also gave away even more prizes thanks to the generosity of our incredible community businesses and supporters. We truly felt spoiled all week long!

It was another day full of love and appreciation for our teachers!

Chips and queso were on the lunch schedule, but we were also surprised with several generous drop-off donations today! Walmart Branson West brought sandwiches and cookie cakes, and Sweets and Smiles Bakery delivered some delicious cupcakes for our staff to enjoy. We are so thankful for the kindness and support our community continues to show our teachers!

We also gave away a TON more prizes today thanks to some amazing local businesses! HUGE shout out to Kalyn Cherry for reaching out to businesses for prize donations!

Day 3 of Teacher Appreciation Week started in the best way! Delicious pastries from Simply Baked and a much-needed caffeine boost from the amazing The Funky Twig coffee cart, all sponsored by our incredible Reeds Spring PTO! ☕

The goodies, the decorations (they look AMAZING Kami Reed!), and all of the thoughtful touches throughout the week have made our teachers and staff feel so appreciated and celebrated.

What a fantastic start to Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week at Reeds Spring Elementary!

We are so grateful for the support from our community. Thank you to the Reeds Spring School District Board of Education for a wonderful meal on Monday, the Stone County Health Department for the refreshing drinks, Branson Bank for cookies, and Dr. Weber for the delicious breakfast from Panera Bread!
