Our Community is always Amazing us. Carol Fox, grandaughter of Carol and Carter Fox wanted to give back to the community, so with the help of Bill Crowther and Lilian Lumber Company in Burgess, she sold lemonade and donated the proceeds to us!!! And Lilian Lumber Company matched what she made!!! It is this thoughtfulness that makes our community Great! Carol's example during her summer break is much appreciated by our all volunteer department and will be put to good use! Thank You for your Support!!!

Drill night tonight! Going over new equipment on Rescue 54, which is our BIG toolbox!! Showcasing new tools for “man vs. machine” scenarios which was purchased using some grant money from an American Water Grant. “Man vs machine is a different animal from vehicle extrication and requires more caution and care and specialized tools that we didn’t have, until now!

Look what’s back in town, finally!! After being away, for way, way too long for repairs, Truck 50 is back and ready for action. Tonight’s drill was about putting it through its paces to make sure everything is working properly, including us!!

Good evening! Missed us? We have been Hard at work with our Pig Pickin and Independence Day celebrations, but we have also been training every Monday night. Tonight we worked on vehicle lifting using different methods and tools we carry on our Heavy Rescue Unit 54.

A quick look down a steaming Main Street where the action is about to get hotter then the temperature!!! We are selling 250 year America birthday shirts and your last chance to purchase your raffle tickets!! The Hula Hut is here and set up and the firehouse is ready for an old fashioned street dance to kick the celebration of America into high gear!! We have BIG fans to move the air along with classic, All-American hamburgers and hotdogs for sale along with adult beverages and water. We have a side which is air conditioned and the DJ will playing your favorite tunes!! Hay rides for the kids all starting at 5 pm to get you ready for the fireworks at 9ish tonight!! Huge shoutout to the Backdraft restaurant for your support of this event!

Come by the station today. We are selling the 250 year anniversary shirts all day for $25. We have some raffle tickets left for $10 a piece, drawing will be held after the parade. Street dance at the firehouse from 5-7 pm. Food, Drink and Adult Beverages will be for sale. Happy 4th Everyone!
