Just wanted to give everyone a update. We are having a meeting for the community of Reedy on September 22nd @ 6:30Pm it has been a long road, but today is the day that I can put everything aside and bring something forward. On 03/03/26
We purchased a 2027 Tanker Pumper 2,100 Gallon Tank from Pierce (Atlantic) so while it was being made, I have been working extremely hard at the firehouse to make this possible also with the help with my members and today I have got word that it had its final inspection and passed it is going to be shipped from Florida to West Virginia today It will be in Milton, west virginia, for their inspection and any upgrades that it needs, I have a lot of people to thank for making this possible. Not only for our fire department but to make sure that my community gets served with the right apparatus.

So I would like to take a moment to thank everyone.

Jeff Smell is our lean holder for this apparatus I do have to say big shout out to Country Roads Leasing LLC for helping us make this purchase we got a loan 400,000 dollars to help make this purchase

Reedy Volunteer Fire Department is asking for prayers for one of our members Donald Norris He is in the hospital

"Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother in the hospital. You know the exact struggles and injuries they are facing. Lord, we ask that You lay Your healing hand upon them, restore their strength, and ease their pain. Give the doctors and nurses wisdom and steady hands as they provide care. Surround this firefighter with Your peace and bring them safely back to health and to their loved ones. Amen."
