Refugio County Community Development Foundation The Refugio County Community Development Foundation is 501 c 3 non profit providing professional economic development services for all of Refugio County.

RCCDF is under contract with the Towns of Refugio, Woodsboro, Bayside, Austwell, as well as Refugio County to provide professional economic development services on their behalf. We work to create and support a thriving business community. This work is accomplished through business retention and expansion, business recruitment, and quality of life improvements.
