Are you one of us - someone who enjoys the resources at our local library and all of the wonderful programs they provide free of charge to the community? If so, please consider becoming a member (or renewing) in the Friends of the Blanding Public Library. With membership support, other donations and funds raised through the annual Book Sale and Raffle, The Friends organization was able to help the Blanding Public Library host many programs and activities during 2025, including Hands on Nature, Family Yoga, music programs, science presentations, a summer reading challenge, and the annual holiday gingerbread family event.
Thank you for considering supporting The Friends and the library. Attached is a copy of the Membership Form for your use. Membership fees and donations, along with your completed form can be mailed to The Friends of the Blanding Public Library, P.O. Box 464, Rehoboth, MA 02769, or left at the library.

Today’s the final day for the library Book Sale and Raffle and we have a deal for you … fill a bag and pay $10! We even give you the bag!
So come on down to get your books, movies, CDs or puzzles, and buy some chances for the raffle!

We’ve been busy getting set up for the Friends of the Blanding Library Used Book Sale and Raffle. Thousands of books. Hundreds of DVDs and CDs. Puzzles and more. PLUS many raffle items for you to take a chance on including local artisan items and gift cards to local businesses.

If you’re a member of the Friends of the Blanding Public Library, you can enjoy special members only hours Friday 10/10 from 5pm to 7pm. You can even become a member at the door!

Saturday and Sunday are open to the public. Saturday 10am-3pm, and Sunday 12pm-3pm.

Good morning on this chilly start to the day! Today is the final day of the Annual Used Book Sale and Raffle at the Blanding Public Library (124 Bay State Rd, Rehoboth) 12:00-3:00. It has been a great weekend with a tremendous turnout benefiting the library and community.

Come see us today and get your books, DVDs, CDs & puzzles! We supply the bag and you fill it for $10!! We will be there from 12:00 - 3:00.

Today is the day!! Come see us at the Book Sale starting tonight during our members only 5:00-7:00pm hours today. Find some great books and get your raffle tickets!

If you can’t make it yoday, there is still Saturday (10:00-3:00) and Sunday (12:00-3:00). 😊
