Reinholds Station Trinity Chapel - RSTC

Reinholds Station Trinity Chapel - RSTC We are here to make you aware of the use and apprecitation of the historic Reinholds StationTrinity Chapel.

In the late 1800's, a group of concerned citizens from Reinholds saw a need for a place where the community could meet and receive religious education. The citizens worked together through the year 1898 to make their dream a reality, the Reinholds Union Sunday School, and remaind so until 1984. A preservation committee was formed in 1987 renaming it as the Reinholds Station Trinity Chapel. In 1989

the Chapel joined the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County and was also placed on the National Register in 1990. Today events such as the annual festival in the beginning of August, weddings and choral groups make use of this beautiful small town chapel.

The perfect Christmas gift! We are offering a framed print of Country Memories by our local artist, the late John Showalter II to the highest bidder. Included will be his business card. This a beautiful memory of the chapel winter scene which would be perfect in your home or a gift to a loved one.
This print was donated by a gracious donor to be a fundraiser in support of the Reinholds Station Trinity Chapel. The Chapel was built and dedicated in 1898. The Reinholds Station Trinity Chapel is a valuable asset to our community, providing a link to the history of Reinholds, being preserved for future generations to appreciate and utilize. We encourage the use of the building for community events, meetings, and other activities. The Preservation Committee’s main task is securing funding for the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds.
The framed print will be at the Swamp Lutheran Church Handbell Choir concert at the Chapel on December 6, 2025 at 2 PM for you to view. The bidding is opening at $200.00 for the print, and offered for bids until December 20, 2025. There will be weekly updates Wednesday 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange for payment and pick up. If you have any questions, you may contact our committee President, Gladys Eckenroad at (717) 336-6846.
