Student Danica Heinle was also honored for her achievement in graduating both Northland High School & the Leech Lake Tribal College simultaneously this year! For the past two years, our Elementary and Special Education staff have gone above and beyond to complete the rigorous LETRS training program. By mastering the science of reading, they’ve unlocked even more ways to support, inspire, and grow our young readers.

The Thunder Lake Sportsmans Club hosted the Storm trap team last week to prepare them for the Trap Championship on June 15th. Big thank you to all the members of the club for hosting, feeding us and being so welcoming and supportive to our shooters. Several of our teams shooters already left before we took the picture.

We are excited to share information about our FREE 4-year-old preschool program! 💛🖤

Our program runs Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, and includes breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks at no cost to families. 🍎

Children learn and grow through hands-on play, literacy activities, outdoor learning, music, social development, and more! 🌈📚🎨

👩‍🏫 Our caring staff support each child’s growth in a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment.

☀️🎉 What a fantastic way to wrap up another amazing school year! 🎉☀️

Our students have been making memories and celebrating all of their hard work with so many fun activities! From exciting games of 🎲 Bingo, outdoor adventures 🌳, cooling off on the 💦 waterslide, enjoying sweet treats at the 🍦 ice cream store, battling it out in 💪 Tug of War, and splashing through fun 💧 water games, the smiles have been endless!

We are so proud of all that our students have accomplished this year. Thank you to our staff, families, and community for helping make this school year such a success! ❤️🦅
