My wonderful friends at Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company do this sort of charitable thing many times each year, and always to help with some sort of disaster relief our own government isn't stepping up to help with enough - such is the case here, on so many levels. 🦋🐛🌱🐛🦋

• Chemchina – which acquired Syngenta in 2016
• Bayer – which acquired Monsanto in 2016 (who then had to sell their seed divisions to: )
• BASF in 2018 (to satisfy antitrust regulators)

Recent years have seen the “Big 6” agrochemical/seed firms combine into a Big 4. These four firms are now estimated to control over 60% of global proprietary seed sales.
