Emma Briggs is Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley with 8 years of experience helping people build and protect their wealth. She is a Former women’s basketball player at Menlo College where she received a degree in business accounting. When not working with clients, you can find Emma outdoors, trying new restaurants or spending time with friends and family.

Jessica Natali is a Northern Nevada native and commercial banker focused on supporting local business owners through long-term relationships and practical financial solutions.

She is committed to community involvement and currently serve on the boards of WIN Speaker Series, SPCA of Northern Nevada, and the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, Young Leaders Committee (YLC).

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and staying connected to the Northern Nevada community she’s proud to call home.

Meet your 2026 YLC!

Meet Skyler. A proud University of Nevada alum and lifelong Northern Nevada resident. Skyler grew up playing basketball at the Boys & Girls Club, an experience that helped shape his values around teamwork, character, and paying it forward. Skyler is passionate about serving the Reno community and helping it grow in a positive way. For the YLC, he brings a strong background in business, leadership, and real estate, along with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on creating long-term value to the neighborhoods of Northern Nevada.

Family comes first for him - he’s a devoted husband and father of two - and he believes strong communities are built the same way: with love, commitment, and consistency. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, golfing, hiking the Sierras, and staying connected to the next generation by spreading love in the community and inspiring young people across Northern Nevada to dream big as they build their own paths forward.

Meet your 2026 YLC!

Chris Boline is the Senior Manager of Business Development at Learfield, Wolf Pack Sports Properties, where he connects national and local businesses/brands to support Nevada Athletics. Chris is a Reno native, attending Peavine Elementary, Clayton Middle School, and Reno High School. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Nevada, achieving his MBA in 2023. In addition to his membership on the YLC, he has been the president of the College of Business Alumni Association, Vice President of the Nevada Sagebrush Alumni Chapter (and editor-in-chief), an NCET board member, and the community outreach chair for the Riverwalk Merchants Association. He is humbled and proud to be part of the YLC and support the fantastic mission of the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.

The Boys & Girls Club Young Leaders Committee is hosting a ten course dinner at the Nevada Musuem of Art on October 16. Local chefs will prepare a variety of apps, dishes and desserts where all proceeds come directly to the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. Tickets include museum tickets so you can browse exhibits before dinner, but don’t wait spots are limited and filling up! Enjoy a fun fall night with friends and good food.
