Did you know about 's self-service kiosks? There is now one at our Reno Ave. location.
Located in the lobby, the kiosk makes client resources more accessible.
Services include:
• Access to RHA’s website, where users can find the most up-to-date information regarding all things RHA
• Access to RHA’s forms page, where users can fill out, print, and scan forms directly from the kiosk
• Resources such as , where users can find other helpful resources within the community
• Rent Café portal: Depending on if the user is an applicant, resident, or landlord, the user is able to scan documents, apply to waitlists, update personal information, and make payments
This service kiosk is RHA's third installation, joining the first two located at our main office, and the downtown Reno library.
