September lunch menus can be found on our website. Each month we will update menus for each school to be available. Note: ADDITIONAL food choices that are available daily beyond the main items. Ice cream is now avaialble a la carte at each school.

Rensselaer Central Schools partnership with the Northern Indiana Educational Services Center (NIESC) provides consultation and oversight of our food service operations. We work directly with a licensed Dietitian to develop fresh menus and offer students expanded daily choices.

Breakfast and lunch are FREE to all students. RCSC will continue operating under our current grant, which provides free breakfast and lunch for all students through the end of the 2027 school year. We fully intend to reapply when the opportunity arises.

🍎Remember that you can apply for additional benefits by filling out the Free and Reduced Lunch Application due 9/4 to receive benefits with college tuition, save money on college prep applications and testing and help with programming at RCSC. Visit our website to learn more.

Join the Rensselaer Central Bombers for their home opener game on Friday, August 28. Kick-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. Due to the April storms, the damaged bleachers have been removed and replaced with temporary bleachers for our 2026 season. The process for permanent replacement bleachers is underway, but the construction will not begin until the 2026 football season concludes.

Seating will look a little different - please read more about seating and additional instructions as we join together and cheer on our school!
🏈High School Student Section has been moved to the South Endzone
🏈High School Band will be positioned in between the Temporary Bleachers and North Handicap Deck
🏈Home Fans are permitted to bring in lawn chairs as we expect that we have more fans standing along the fence line than usual.

Gates Open at 5:30 p.m. Please do not come earlier in the day to reserve your spot in the bleachers.

Note: Stay off the track. We have areas roped off by the Shot Put and Long Jump to keep everyone away as we try to grow grass. Parents are responsible for their children. No pets, outside beverages, or balls are permitted at the event.
