Township Road 106 between State Route 19 and State Route 67 will remain closed through Thursday for another culvert replacement. With the weather we were unable to complete our project. Scipio township is plowing the best they can! We are on a Level 2 only be out if you must. There will be a township meeting at 7 as stated tonight to cover business that is needed.

Scipio Township Board of Trustee's is changing meeting days and time for all Scipio Township meetings unless notified otherwise. All meetings will now be the 1st and 3rd MONDAYS at 7:00 PM at the meeting room of the Board. The first meeting of this change will be Monday, January 19th at 7:00 PM. All meetings are open to all.

Scipio Township will be having their Year End meeting on Monday December 29th at 8am in the meeting room to complete any matters that need to come before the board to complete the Year. Friday January 2 will be first regular meeting that will be organizational. Scipio Township wants to thank Brad Bowerman for his years on the board and good luck with your future endeavors. Brads last day as Trustee is 12/31 as he did not re-run this year. Going into 2026 we welcome Adam Powell 3rd generation Trustee to Scipio Township Starting January 1.

It is time again for the annual reorganizational meeting between the Scipio Township Trustee’s and the Zoning Board of Appeals and Zoning Commission of Scipio Township.

The meeting has been set for Monday August 25 at 7:00 PM in the Meeting Room of the Scipio Township Board of Trustee’s at 309 S Madison St, Republic in the rear.

Scipio Townships 2026 Budget has been prepared and is open for any and all opinions at the next Board Meeting on Friday, August 15th at 8 AM. At this time the Trustee's will take comments into consideration before making the 2026 Budget Certified to the Seneca County Auditor. All meetings are open to the public.
