We’re already planning for 2026-27! 🖍️Want to help provide school supplies or a new pair of shoes for a student in need?👟

We’ll be distributing these items and more at the Backpacks & Beyond back to school resource event on August 4, 2026. Last year over 800 people attended, and we’re looking forward to assisting just as many families again this year.

More details about the event are coming, BUT in order to accommodate all of those needing support we are hoping to collect donations now.

💵It costs approximately $35 to provide a set of school supplies for one student, and $50 to provide a pair of new shoes for one student. However, any donation amount is helpful!

Tomorrow, June 2, we will proudly celebrate “Dr. Matt Pearce Day” in partnership with the City of Republic!

For 30 years, Dr. Pearce has poured his heart into public education, servant leadership and the RepMO community. We invite everyone to join us in celebrating his upcoming retirement and recognizing the legacy he leaves behind and the countless lives he has impacted along the way.

Why June 2? The date 6/2 was selected as a tribute to Dr. Pearce’s longtime Tiger pride and his Mizzou football jersey number: 62. 🐅

As part of tomorrow’s celebration, we encourage our community to take part in the “Pearce Protocol”:
🧡 THE TIGER LOOK
Wear your orange and black to show your RepMO pride.
❤️ THE PEARCE PACE
Move for 30 minutes in honor of Dr. Pearce’s 30 years in education and his commitment to heart health through the American Heart Association.
💚 THE PEARCE PROMISE
Give back through an act of service, kindness or generosity in recognition of Dr. Pearce’s dedication to others and support of Care to Learn Republic.

Night before the last day of school vibes! ❤️

Watching this year's crew grow, learn, and laugh has been the absolute best. They are officially too cool for Pre-K and 100% ready to take on Kindergarten next year. Rock on, big kids!
