Chamber Highlight: Maid Bright
“It has become a yearly tradition to share a meal with members of the community who seek shelter during the winter months of December through March, where we not only share a meal but are able to hear their stories and life experiences. Maid Bright catered its seventh annual dinner at the Hypothermia Shelter on Monday, December 30th, 2019. Thank you to Cornerstones and Fairfax County for their continued partnership in operating the Hypothermia Prevention Program, and allowing us the opportunity to give back.”

GRCC Member, Chick-fil-A North Point Village is striving to become the most caring company. They have pledged over $15K to Cornerstones to meet the needs of the community. Daily, their extra food is processed, frozen, and picked up weekly by the Embry Rucker Community Shelter.

Chick-fil-a is asking for your help! In January and February, they will match every Homeless Meal Purchased ($7 plus tax) with another meal. That means your donation of $7 is immediately doubled and those funds stay local to help OUR community.

Also, Chick-fil-a will send to your account (weekly) a free entree surprise. Just scan your app with each purchase of a Meals for Homeless Program so they know who to send the entree to.

Thank you for your support of our GRCC member business!
