👑✨ ADULT PROM IS BACK! ✨👑

Who says the kids should have all the fun?! It’s time for the adults to dust off those dancing shoes and relive prom night without the awkward teenage years!

🎶 Dance the night away with a DJ spinning all your favorite hits
📸 Strike a pose! A photographer will be there to capture the memories
👑 Vote for your Prom King & Queen
💃 Formal wear is encouraged, but definitely not required — come dressed to impress or dressed to dance!

❤And the best part? Your night out helps give back! Proceeds benefit the Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund.

🍔 Food and drinks will be available for purchase separately.

Honoring the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we have placed 2,977 flags in front of City Hall—one for each life lost on that tragic day.

We remember the lives taken, honor the heroes who responded, and recognize the sacrifices made on that day and in the years since.

We will never forget.

🎉 Cheers to Judy Doran on her retirement! 🎉

Today marks Judy’s last day with Parks and Recreation as she begins an exciting new chapter in retirement! After an incredible 20 years of dedicated service, Judy leaves behind a lasting legacy of compassion, leadership, and community connection.

For two decades, Judy has helped lead a vibrant Senior Citizens of Reynoldsburg - SCOR community of more than 1,500 members ages 55 and older, creating welcoming spaces where seniors can connect, learn, stay active, and enjoy meaningful experiences. From engaging activities and educational opportunities to programs that bring people together, Judy has made a positive difference in the lives of countless members.

💚 We are so grateful for Judy’s years of public service and the heart she has brought to Parks and Recreation and our community.

Please join us in congratulating Judy on this incredible milestone and thanking her for 20 years of excellence, compassion, and service!

All soccer at Civic Park is canceled for today, Monday August 24.

🎉Did you hear?! 2026 Heroes for Heroes 5K is back!

Join us for our Annual Heroes for Heroes 5k and Obstacle Course Run:
⏰Sunday, September 13 | 8:30am start time
📍Civic Park - 6800 Daugherty Drive

Alongside the obstacle course 5K, Heroes for Heroes also offers a traditional 5K paved course. This is a paved path through Civic Park that you can run or walk. There no obstacles on this course. Strollers are welcome as well!

This event benefits Hope For The Warriors. Hope For The Warriors is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty. Hope For The Warriors is dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope for our service members and our military families.
