Rhineland Utility customers. When you sign up on the new Utility site (SUBS) you need to go under SUBSCRIPTIONS and check PAPERLESS and then check how you want to receive your notice that your bill is ready, Either email or text. Make sure your phone number and email are correct also. Thank you. ( If you did not receive an invite to join the site let us know and we will send one. TO ALL BILLING RESIDENTS OF RHINELAND: We are excited about the new billing software and urge everyone to sign up. It is free to use and you can create your own log in and see most of the same information we see.
You can: View your bill See your account history See your readings And also pay online through STRIPE. (Fees apply)
All you have to do is send us your email and we will send an invite and you will get directed to the site and create your own log-in.
We are also urging everyone to go paperless as they will now be able to see everything on-line. So far everyone that has signed up loves it.
Also for those that use Courtmoney.com to pay we also ask that you now use STRIPE as it is integrated into our program.
We are available for technical assistance if you have any problems, Simply call 573-701-3889 preferably from 9am-9pm 7 days a week.

New Utility Billing Software:
Some people with accounts set up paperless have not received their statements. You will be getting an email to set up an account through SUBS (small utility billing software)
This will allow you to see your bills at any time as well as your account history. You can also pay your bills on the SUBS site through something simply called STRIPE. (Fees will apply
) Any accidental late fees will be credited

Tuesday, September 2 we are putting in some meter end points today and tomorrow, especially. We are going to try and get as many as we can while the technician is here from Texas. If everyone can contact us or we can contact them, we will try and get all this worked out.  Everyone else we will be going to the door Thank you for your cooperation.

Thanks to everyone for allowing us to get your meter serial numbers, but now it is time to change out the endpoints for each meter. (Endpoint shown in picture) This is the communication device that will allow us to read your meter remotely . Starting the week of September 1, we will be going door to door for installation. We have most peoples phone numbers and will try and call in advance. Please look where your meter is and have a path cleared. Some of you have a long cord and the endpoint may not be by the meter. The old endpoint looks like the one pictured but it is black and its on a white bracket. Just follow your cord. This process may take a month or better so we appreciate your cooperation.
