Good evening, the little library has been restocked. We are in dire need of additional books. If you have any spare children's books, please consider stocking our library.

As we approach the end of the school year, demand for the little free pantry increases. We have a lot of canned goods and spaghetti, but we could really use items like easy mac, cereal, crackers, bread, etc. If you feel so inclined to donate, feel free to drop off items at the pantry or you can make a monetary donation by mailing a check to PO Box 111 Rhodes, IA 50234.

There’s a little hop in my step this morning. After days of foiling, soldering, and managing 13 leaves that sometimes had a mind of their own, a new Fall wreath is now complete and ready to shine.

In celebration of the giving season and in appreciation of the support I receive from family, friends, and local communities —every dollar from this sale will be gifted to the Rhodes Little Free Library and Pantry.

This piece features 10 different colors and textures of foiled glass mounted on a twisted copper wire ring. It measures 14”W x 13”L and weighs 1 lb. 4 oz. Finished with a black patina, waxed, and polished. Hang it from a ribbon or invisible line looped through the ring on the backside (ribbon/line not included).
