Tabitha is joining us as our new Customer Service Intern. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration, and she brings experience in both administrative and customer service roles.

During her internship, she will learn from our talented Customer Service team, support the group, and get to know how we serve our customers and community. We look forward to helping her develop and grow her skills during her time at the District.

West Valley Water District celebrated the completion of the Oliver P. Roemer Water Filtration Facility Upgrade and Expansion Project, a major milestone for water reliability.

The project increased the District’s treatment capacity from 14.4 to 21.6 million gallons per day strengthening our ability to meet future water demands and provide greater flexibility in managing our water supplies.

West Valley Water District celebrated the groundbreaking of the Bloomington Phase 3B Water Infrastructure Improvement Project, marking the final phase of a long-term effort to modernize aging infrastructure and improve water service, reliability, and fire protection for the Bloomington community.

The project is supported in part by $2 million in financial assistance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through a Community Grants Program Assistance Agreement, secured with the support of Congresswoman Norma Torres.
