The Richardson Adult Literacy Center is a non-profit, 501-C-3 organization accredited by ProLiteracy. We train volunteer tutors, recruit adult students, and match students to classroom or one-to-one instruction. English as a Second Language instruction is offered to adults who live or work in Richardson or the Richardson ISD area. The Center also refers students to other programs and services that may better assist them.

Mission: Transforming lives by providing English as a Second Language instruction to adults who live or work in Richardson or the Richardson ISD area.

Exciting News for RALC Students!

Junior League of Richardson volunteers will host 1 hour of Conversation Group for RALC students on Saturdays and Sundays. The conversation topics will be the same for each session. No advance registration is required. Each session will close once 10 students have joined the Zoom.

Advanced Conversation Group: Sat 10:30-11:30 AM

Intermediate Conversation Group: Sunday 3-4 PM
