We were honored to host Rotary District 5810 Governor Mike Callahan as our guest speaker for lunch.

Governor Callahan shared a straightforward and practical message on building a healthy, effective Rotary club: organizational strength starts with individual purpose.

Key takeaways from his presentation:
• Know your 'Why' — Reconnect with the reason you joined Rotary.
• Focus on what drives you — Lean into the specific service projects and initiatives you care about most.
• Commit to growth — Aim to be more effective today than you were yesterday.

His insights offer a clear blueprint for service across every level of our organization. When members stay grounded in their core motivation, our community impact grows exponentially.

Thank you, Governor Callahan, for your leadership and clear direction for District 5810.
