The Richardson Corporate Challenge is a 10-week, professionally run, volunteer driven, Olympic-style competition among DFW-area businesses involving as many as 23 athletic and non-athletic events from August to October. The Challenge promotes, enables and supports teamwork, company pride and corporate wellness. In addition to the employee benefits, the Challenge can also be used as a cost-effectiv

e marketing tool to promote your company and garner business. The competition is produced by the City of Richardson Parks & Recreation Department. Game On!

Healthier Texas Community Challenge starts today!

The eight-week competition is a great opportunity for you to get motived and re-commit to staying on track in reaching your 2026 health and fitness goals.

Texans across the state will compete and earn points by being active and recording activities on the Wellnify app, now available to download for free. People who sign up on behalf of their city also earn points for their community with every action they submit.

During the challenge, the City will be offering free fitness and healthy eating classes.

What an incredible finale to the 2025 Richardson Corporate Challenge, proudly sponsored by State Farm! 🎉
During the Closing Ceremony Award show on Tuesday, October 21, we celebrated another amazing year of teamwork, community spirit, and friendly competition — all for a great cause. Together, our participating companies raised an outstanding $211,864 for Special Olympics Texas - Greater Dallas Area during the 10-week challenge! ❤️💪

Kudos to everyone for your generosity, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the season. 🙌
