Yesterday, staff from the A platoon and volunteers took advantage of the weather and conducted truck company competency training focusing on riding assignments. Afterwards, crews were out familiarizing with new construction in the local, identifying construction features and getting familiar with floor plan layouts.

Starting this week, Northampton Township will be partnering with Dream Drive, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families in need throughout Bucks County.

Please review the flyer below for a list of items we will be collecting.

Collection boxes will be available in the lobbies of the Police Department, Fire Department, Parks & Recreation, Township Building, Senior Center, and Library.

The 2026 school year resumes this upcoming week in our township!

Please remember to drive safely and stay alert:

- School buses are back on the road — you must stop when the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is extended.

- Watch for children in crosswalks.

- Be mindful of children walking and riding bikes to and from school.

- Flashing 15 MPH School Zone signs mean 15 MPH or less… or you can expect to meet one of our terrific officers at your driver’s side window!
