Attention Parade participants who submitted a registration form for a Parade entry, but did not receive an email aboout the parade line-up by late today, July 2nd! Please come to the sign-in area (on the west side of 500 South Main Street -- near Ideal Dairy) on Saturday, July 4th between 8:00 - 9:15 AM and the parade committee will work you into the line-up!

Come see A Field of Stars!

As our country celebrates its 250th birthday, what better time to help the next generation learn about the people and sacrifices that shaped America?

This isnā€™t a dry history lesson. Itā€™s a beautiful musical that brings the Revolutionary War to life through unforgettable music, humor, and heartfelt moments. Youā€™ll laugh, you might cry, and youā€™ll leave feeling grateful for the courage and sacrifices that gave us the freedoms we enjoy today.

Bring your children, your grandparents, your neighbors - everyone! Itā€™s a wonderful way to celebrate Americaā€™s 250th birthday, and I truly think youā€™ll be glad you came.

We had a great time at the 2026 Patriotic Program on Sunday night celebrating America 250! šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡² šŸŽ¶

Here are some highlights, in case you missed it!
ā­ We recognized this year's Grand Marshals: Dave, Jeff, Tooter, and Bob Ogden (representing the Charles and Dora Ogden family who established the Ideal Dairy).
ā­ We awarded the MacNeal Magleby Service Award to Corwin and Linda Ogden.
ā­ We saw a short scene from the musical play "A Field of Stars." (This year's performances are July 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.)
ā­ Our Master of Ceremonies, Ben Robinson, was presented with a "Quilt of Valor."
ā­ We honored all who have served and who continue to serve in all branches of the armed forces!

We would love to see you all at the annual Patriotic Program this Sunday!

It will be held at the Sevier Valley Center on Sunday, June 28th at 7:00 pm.

There is no charge to attend the event.
