🚫 BURN BAN IN EFFECT – RICHFIELD FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT 🚫

Due to elevated fire danger and dry conditions, a Burn Ban is now in effect throughout the Richfield Fire Protection District.
Open burning of weeds, brush, yard debris, burn piles, and burn barrels is prohibited until further notice.
Residents are asked to use extreme caution with any activity that could cause sparks or fire. Report any smoke or fire immediately by calling 911.
Thank you for helping protect our community, farms, rangelands, and neighbors during this period of increased fire danger.
ALLOWED ACTIVITIES
The following may remain permitted unless otherwise restricted:
Outdoor cooking devices fueled by propane or natural gas.
Charcoal grills used in safe, attended locations.
Small campfires in approved campgrounds or at private residence.
